✅คำแนะนำก่อนเข้ารับบริการ
- งดน้ำงดอาหารอย่างน้อย 8-12 ชั่วโมงก่อนเข้ารับบริการ (สามารถจิบน้ำเปล่าได้เล็กน้อย)

📌เงื่อนไขการเข้ารับบริการ
1. แจ้งผลตรวจทางอีเมล
2. กรุณาทำนัดล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 วัน ผ่านทางช่องแชท ก่อนเข้ารับบริการทุกครั้ง
3. กรุณากดตรวจสอบและยอมรับสินค้าก่อนเข้ารับบริการ
4. โปรโมชันพิเศษ และส่วนลดสามารถใช้บริการที่ N Health Lab center ทุกสาขา
5. ในวันเข้ารับบริการกรุณาเตรียมบัตรประชาชน หรือหนังสือเดินทาง (Passport) ใช้สำหรับยืนยันตัวตนและลงทะเบียน

📍ระยะเวลาในการรับบริการ
1. โปรโมชั่นพิเศษตั้งแต่ วันนี้ - 31 ธ.ค. 2568
2. สามารถรับบริการภายในวันที่ 31 ม.ค. 2569 (ไม่สามารถขยายอายุคูปองปองได้ทุกกรณี)

1. แพ็กเกจที่ท่านได้สั่งซื้อและชำระเงินแล้ว ไม่สามารถแลก เปลี่ยน หรือคืนเป็นเงินสดได้

✅ Pre-Service Guidelines
- Refrain from eating or drinking for at least 8-12 hours before the test (small sips of water are allowed).

📌 Service Conditions
1. Test results will be sent via email.
2. Please make an appointment at least 1 day in advance through the chat channel before receiving the service.
3. Please confirm and accept the package before receiving the service.
4. Special promotions and discounts are available at all N Health Lab Center branches.
5. On the service day, please bring your National ID card or Passport for identity verification and registration.

📍 Service Period
1. Special promotion valid from today until December 31, 2025.
2. Services must be used by January 31, 2026 (coupon validity cannot be extended under any circumstances).

📌 Remarks
1. Purchased and paid packages cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash.
2. Receipts and tax invoices cannot be issued under any circumstances.
